TubeAtelier (tubeatelier.com) is a service that generates YouTube videos using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide (niche, topic, language, etc.).

2. What data we process

• Your Google account data when you sign in: name, email, and a unique identifier.
• The videos, images, and text you generate or upload to create your projects.
• Billing data handled directly by Stripe (we never see or store card numbers).
• Basic technical data (IP address) to prevent abuse of the service.

3. What we use your data for

To create and deliver the videos you request, manage your subscription, and prevent fraudulent use of the free plan. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

4. How long we keep your videos

Generated projects and videos are automatically deleted after a period of time. You can delete your account and all your videos at any time from your account panel, instantly.

5. Who we share data with

With the providers necessary to run the service: Google (login), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and ElevenLabs (content generation), and our hosting provider. Each of them handles data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. The fastest way is to delete your account from the website, which removes everything immediately. For any other question, write to us at tubeateliersupport@gmail.com.
