Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TubeAtelier you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. The service

TubeAtelier automatically generates videos based on the information you provide, using third-party artificial intelligence models (text, image, and voice generation).

3. Plans and payments

We offer a free plan with usage limits and a recurring monthly Pro plan, managed through Stripe. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account; you will keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use TubeAtelier to generate illegal or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to automate account creation in order to bypass the free plan's limits.

5. Content ownership

The videos you generate are yours. You are responsible for how you use them and for complying with the policies of the platforms where you publish them (for example, YouTube).

If you upload your own video, image, music, or background clip to edit it, you represent that you hold the necessary rights to that content (because it is yours, you are licensed to use it, or it is public domain/royalty-free). TubeAtelier does not verify ownership of what you upload: responsibility for ensuring that material does not infringe third-party rights is entirely yours. We may remove content and suspend accounts in response to a justified copyright claim.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with prior notice whenever reasonably possible.

7. Account cancellation

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from the website, instantly and irreversibly.
